This privacy notice explains how the Diocese of Nottingham and its parishes collect, use and protect personal data. It is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We process personal data for the legitimate purposes of the Church: pastoral care, administration of the sacraments, Gift Aid reclamation, safeguarding, communication about parish life, and the employment of staff and volunteers.
